perhaps you have noticed . . .
if you have not, then i shall tell you
i have been trying to learn how to host and post .mp3 files, driven more by a desire to share than any kind of strategy or design principle, as may already be apparent.
anyway, i don't mean to regale you with every wrong turn and the particularities of the right ones. If you're a blogger with an ear for music, you probably know; if you're a non-blogging (or unmusical) reader, read some mp3-posting blogs and advice pages.
if you are among the few and early, then maybe you listened to some of DJ Pebkac's tracks through an embedded and proprietary player from hosting service (and collaborative business-space) box.net.
anyway, i found an alternative, and am using what is described as the Google Reader mp3 player. (and it seems to me those edits must issue rss feed . . . feed-items, so, if i twigged your rss, that's how/why)
meanwhile, working on a way to post all of Pebkac's Pebkac Service Announcement as a playlist, rather than several competing individually embedded song players. more on that as it develops.
i like the GR player better than the one with the big box.net logo, don't you?
